feat: add merge conflict UI and telescope picker

- Add unclash.nvim for interactive merge conflict resolution
  (inline highlighting, action buttons, 3-way merge editor,
  snacks picker integration)
- Enable LazyVim telescope extra with fzf-native for fuzzy finding
