Fixes #75 Arguments URL and Token have been removed but `$ACTIONS_CACHE_URL` and `$ACTIONS_RUNTIME_TOKEN` env variables could be injected if desired. --------- Co-authored-by: Bryce Lampe <bryce@pulumi.com>
