- New lua/config/git-worktree.lua: git plumbing (vim.system, async fetch),
worktree/local/remote branch discovery, ensure_worktree (pulls remote-only
branches down as tracking worktrees), switch, convert (single-checkout →
worktree layout, keeps every local branch, --keep=<branch>),
remove/new/fetch/refresh actions, and a Telescope picker that highlights
which branches are checked out on the machine.
- Worktrees live under <parent>/.worktrees/<project>/<branch> (/ → -), with
icons via nr2char so raw PUA chars stay out of the file.
- New lua/plugins/worktree.lua: lazy keys <leader>gw (branches), <leader>gW
(worktrees), <leader>gC (convert); registered via the telescope spec.
- <C-e> explorer now titles itself with project · branch · worktree count.
- README: document the keys, picker actions, and layout.
